This dataset contains generated reaction conformations and raw output for TS structure calculations for the Birkholz and Schlegel set, Intra-Diels Alder reaction, and the high-molecularity elementary reactions discovered by Nanoreactor.本数据集涵盖伯克霍尔茨-施莱格尔反应集、分子内狄尔斯-阿尔德（Intra-Diels Alder）反应，以及纳米反应器（Nanoreactor）所发现的高分子量基元反应的生成反应构象，以及针对上述三类体系的过渡态（Transition State, TS）结构计算的原始输出结果。
