AEGIS: Code, Data, and Replication Package for Requirement-to-Code Traceability

Compact replication package for AEGIS: Evidence-Guided Set Decisions for Requirement-to-Code Traceability. Includes the 13 evaluated project snapshots and reference trace links, cached retrieval scores, parsed source-code relations and call-context features, current method source code and predictions, per-requirement and project-level experiment results, baseline and ablation metrics, statistical summaries, and portable reproduction scripts. The current method can be replayed from the included inputs without additional data downloads or model weights. Verification on this compact package reproduced the selected members, output counts, and order for all 13 projects, and checked 1,040 project-level metric values against the archived experiment. Duplicate prediction archives, intermediate search menus, development outputs, manuscript sources, model weights, and installed environments are omitted. The package is distributed as six ZIP files that should all be extracted into the same directory.
