The series consists of bound books of agendas for meetings of Mackellar County Council.The notices of meetings were sent out in advance to members of the Council, in order to alert them to the dates and times of meetings. They followed a standard format for order of business, including minutes from the council chairman, any motions needing discussion, correspondence, reports from committees and officials, questions, and petitions. Notices of any special meetings of Council to discuss specific issues are also included, along with letters notifying members of meetings of the Council’s Finance and General Purposes Committee.
