Single-cell transcriptome profile of Drosophila melanogaster larval brain quiescent versus reactivating (enlarged) neural stem cells, using whole-genome microarrays. Two condition experiment: single quiescent versus single reactivating (enlarged) Drosophila larval central nervous system neural stem cells. Biological replicates: 3 quiescent/reactivating cell pairs. Single cells independantly harvested directly from live 17h after larval hatching ventral nerve cords. One replicate per array.
