Underlying data for: Prediabetes and Risk of Recurrent Ischemic Stroke in Atrial Fibrillation: A Propensity-Matched Cohort Study

This dataset contains aggregate-level baseline characteristics and outcome data from a propensity score-matched retrospective cohort study investigating the association between prediabetes and the risk of recurrent ischemic stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation. Data were accessed through the TriNetX US Collaborative Network, a federated research platform providing access to de-identified electronic health records from over 100 million patients across 64 healthcare organizations. Patient-level data cannot be extracted or shared due to TriNetX platform governance and HIPAA compliance requirements. The dataset includes Table 1 (baseline demographics, comorbidities, and medications after propensity score matching) and Table 2 (primary and secondary outcome results including hazard ratios, confidence intervals, and p-values).
