VPRS 20870 Council Meeting Additional Information Items

This series consists of additional information items for the council meetings of Glenelg Shire Council II (VA 3733). These only cover ordinary council meetings, which are held monthly. The additional information items are the attachments for the ordinary council minutes. The related minutes for these meetings can be found in VPRS 19553 Council Minutes. Minutes of council meetings were created in accordance with section 145 of the Municipal Institutions Act 1863 (pg. 239) and with subsequent legislation relating to local government including the Local Government Act 1958 (pg. 135). Many local government bodies in existence prior to 1863 maintained records of their meetings in the form of minutes.
