A pyrazole partially induces brassinosteroid-related gene expression, leading to salt stress sensitivity

We report the gene expression profiles of Arabidopsis seedlings treated with or without DPAM-1 under salinity stress conditions. Overall design: Arabidopsis thaliana (Col-0 ecotype) were grown on liquid MS medium (1mL/well in 24-well plates) at 22°C under 16-h-light/8-h-dark. DPAM-1 or coronatine treatment was performed at 4 days after germination. At 16h after DPAM-1 or coronatine had been applied and absorbed, 100 mM NaCl was added to the growth medium. Young seedlings were harvested at 2h after the onset of NaCl treatment.
