资源简介：
The fish-associated virus database (FVD) was created to facilitate further studies by providing comprehensive information on fish-associated viruses. In FVD, all information were manually collected from published literatures and records in GenBank database. The valuable information, such as fish family, fish genus, nucleotide type of virus, virus species, sampling time, location, and detect tissues are well curated.
