The repository contains both computational domain including model of the waveguide structures, light sources and detection system (.fsp) and script files for data post-processing (".lsf") which can be used to evaluate the coupling efficiency of the dipole emission with hybrid InP/Si waveguide, as well as the outcoupling from the cleaved facet. The simulation was performed with commercial Lumerical FDTD software which can be used to modify both the ".fsp" and ".lsf" files. In addition, ".lsf" files can be read by free source code editors e.g. notepad++. These kind of analysis was required to estimate experimentally the on-chip coupling of dipole emission from single quantum dot to Si waveguide.
