Expression data from single atoh7 positive retinal cells

This study aimed to characterize the transcriptomes of a subset of retinal progenitors cells expressing Atoh7. We examined 11 single cells and compared them to single cells previously profiled in GSE9811 and GSE9812. These samples have been included in this series so that this series contains all samples analyzed in the study.本研究旨在对表达Atoh7的视网膜祖细胞亚群的转录组进行特征分析。我们对11个单细胞进行了检测，并将其与此前在GSE9811及GSE9812数据集内完成表达谱分析的单细胞进行对比。本数据集系列已纳入上述样本，以确保该系列涵盖本研究中分析的全部样本。
