Dataset for: Dentinal Tubule Occlusion by Bioactive Glass and Hydroxyapatite Dentifrices

This dataset supports the manuscript “Dentinal Tubule Occlusion by Bioactive Glass and Hydroxyapatite Dentifrices” submitted to the Journal of Dental Research.The dataset includes raw measurements of dentinal tubule diameters obtained using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) before and after treatment with commercially available desensitizing dentifrices. Variables include sample identifier, treatment group, baseline tubule diameter, post-treatment diameter, and calculated percentage occlusion.The accompanying files include statistical analyses performed on the dataset, including one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Tukey’s post hoc test, and Shapiro–Wilk tests for normality.These data allow full reproduction of the results presented in the manuscript, including calculation of occlusion percentages and group-level statistical comparisons.All data are anonymized and derived from in vitro experimental procedures.
