Taking Baiyangdian as the research object, by collecting water samples from twelve lake areas in spring, summer and autumn, using 16S rRNA gene Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze and compare the diversity of Baiyangdian aquatic microbial community structure. The diversity of microbial communities in different Dian districts has obvious differences and temporal and spatial characteristics. Water quality analysis and redundancy analysis show that TN, TP, T, pH, and DO are the key environmental factors affecting bacterial communities. The bacteria in the cultivable microorganisms of Baiyangdian Lake were screened, separated and purified. In order to improve the eutrophication of the lake, the strains with high denitrification ability were combined into a mixed bacterial agent. Four bacterial agents have been combined. The natural water body without bacteria addition has a certain denitrification effect, which aims to provide a theoretical basis for the ecological restoration of Baiyangdian Lake.
