Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in rare earth element mining areas

This project investigated the arbuscular mycorrhizal community associated with Dicranopteris dichotoma in the rare earth element (REEs) mining areas in Ganzhou city, Jiangxi province of China. The experimental treatments include the heap leaching (HL), in-situ leaching (IL), ecological restoration (ER) and original ore soils (OR) from three REEs mining areas, e.i. Zudong mine , Kaizidong mine and Changkengwei mine .
