Processed single-cell RNA/TCR-seq data of regulatory T cells from blood and skin of healthy human donors
收藏资源简介:
This record contains a Seurat object with multimodal single-cell RNA-seq and T-cell-receptor-(TCR)-seq data of regulatory T cells from blood and skin of two healthy human donors ("Donor 6" and "Donor 7").TCR clonotype information is included in the Seurat objects. The Seurat objects are provided in RDS format and can be used with the programming language "R" using the readRDS() function. This data set was used in the following publication:Beumer. N. et al.: DNA hypomethylation traits define human regulatory T cells in cutaneous tissue and identify their blood recirculating counterparts. Nature Immunology (2025), https://doi.org/10.1038/s41590-025-02210-x It is based on a data set generated by Charles D. Imbusch und used in the following publication:Delacher, M. et al.: Single-cell chromatin accessibility landscape identifies tissue repair program in human regulatory T cells. Immunity 54, 702-720 (2021), https://doi.org/10.1016/j.immuni.2021.03.007 When using this data set, please cite the two aforementioned publications. Corresponding raw sequencing data is deposited in the European Genome Phenome Archive (EGA; Accession numbers: EGAD00001007665 and EGAD00001007661).
