PhET Impact on Learning.csv

This dataset presents feedback from a research study conducted with 62 high school students (30 from the 1st year and 32 from the 2nd year) at Escola Estadual Professora Maria Lúcia Padovani de Oliveira in Americana, São Paulo. The study evaluated the effectiveness and student engagement with PhET Interactive Simulations—an open educational resource developed by the University of Colorado and commonly known in Brazil as “PhET Colorado.”The intervention was integrated into Chemistry classes as part of a pedagogical strategy to enhance learning through digital simulations. After each Chemistry lesson incorporating PhET simulations, students completed a digital feedback form created using Google Forms. This dataset includes anonymized responses, capturing students' perceptions of the simulations’ impact on their understanding, engagement, and overall learning experience in Chemistry.
