The 10225 chickpea samples studied in the project are widely representative, and their resequencing research can deepen the understanding of chickpea population genetics, and can also be used to study functional genes related to important agronomic traits such as drought resistance, nitrogen fixation and yield. This project involves the stLFR sequencing data of 35 chickpeas, which is used for assembling 35 genomes and constructing a chickpea pan-genome.
