Regulatory mechanism of long-chain aldehydes on pre-infection of wheat powdery mildew spores

In vitro experiments were used to study the transcriptome of wheat powdery mildew pathogenic fungi at different developmental stages, and the differentially expressed genes were identified by comparing the expression intensity of genes at different developmental stages, and then the regulatory network was constructed, and the key regulatory factors could be identified. Furthermore, in vivo experiments and RT-qPCR were used to verify the regulatory mechanism of long-chain aldehydes in the process of pre-infection of wheat powdery mildew spores, which provided a theoretical basis and target genes for elucidation.
