Identification of the problem in relation to the Dominican Republic, Migration Policies and Human Rights: case of children of Haitian immigrants in conditions of illegality born in the country.

The Dataset contains the MeProB or set of 11 steps that contribute to specify the possible research problem of my doctoral thesis entitled: The Dominican Republic, Migration Policies and Human Rights: Case children of Haitian immigrants in conditions of illegality born in the country, period 2004-2016. This was an assignment or task carried out in the Workshop Course update in methodology of scientific research, taught by the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña to its teachers.
