MusaReproAtlas V1.0: banana reproductive multi-omics and breeding decision research release

MusaReproAtlas V1.0 is the public research release associated with the manuscript “Stage-resolved integration reveals reproductive bottlenecks and limits of multi-trait prediction in banana breeding”. It contains the English public data platform, analysis-ready Musa/banana tables, reproducibility scripts, provenance manifests, checksums, and frozen reviewer manuscript documents. The release supports stage-resolved identification of reproductive bottlenecks and evaluation of the context-dependent transferability of multi-trait selection models. Raw FASTQ, complete VCF, restricted MusaBase identifiers, raw plot-level traits, and third-party source snapshots are intentionally excluded.
