This data was use to investigates how internal workplace social media platforms shape employee-driven innovation (EDI) within entrepreneurial firms across diverse national contexts. Anchored in the knowledge-based view (KBV) and sociomateriality, we employ a cross-country comparative case study design involving 12 early-stage to growth-stage startups from Estonia, Poland, India, and Nigeria.
