Metadata for honey spectral data

In accordance with the Horizon Europe principle "as open as possible, as closed as necessary," the raw and processed spectral data generated will be kept confidential temporarily. The premature public disclosure of this data would compromise the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and pursue commercial exploitation. The consortium intends to make the data public 24 months after the official end of the project, allowing sufficient time for market uptake and commercial protection.
