Reproducibility deposit for: Carbonate-Chemistry-Informed Antiscalant Dosing at a Small-Island Seawater Reverse Osmosis Plant (derived tables, de-identified analysis code, and event-study outputs
收藏资源简介:
Reproducibility deposit for a manuscript on carbonate-chemistry-informed antiscalant dosing and cross-module operational auditing at a 600 m3/d small-island seawater reverse osmosis plant (22-month SCADA record, May 2024 - February 2026). Contents: derived and aggregated analysis tables (realized monthly antiscalant dose; post-step compliance and differential-pressure growth statistics; event-level and cluster-level CIP recall; screening confusion counts with degenerate baselines; coverage-stratified metrics; sensitivity matrices; matched CIP event-study Hodges-Lehmann effects with Benjamini-Hochberg q-values), de-identified analysis code (v7 pipeline and v8 recomputation scripts; SCADA tag identities replaced by functional aliases), a structured CIP event codebook, and standards files (README, licenses, CITATION, pinned requirements). Confidentiality boundary: raw 10-minute SCADA records, tag identities, and the per-train-day panel are withheld under the plant operating company's confidentiality arrangements and a coordinated-disclosure posture for industrial control system identifiers; the deposited aggregated outputs are sufficient to verify every number cited from this deposit in the manuscript. See README.md for the file-to-claim map. Code: MIT License. Data tables: CC BY 4.0. See LICENSE-CODE and LICENSE-DATA.
