Comprehensive Inventory of Coseismic Landslides triggered by the 2023 Kahramanmaraş Earthquake Doublet, Türkiye

This dataset provides full-footprint polygons of coseismic landslides triggered by the February 6, 2023, Kahramanmaraş earthquake doublet in Türkiye. Mapping was conducted through expert visual interpretation of high-resolution pre- and post-event aerial imagery (0.3 m), supported by a DEM-based pre-earthquake geomorphic inventory covering approximately 80,000 km². Each polygon includes classifications for movement and material type. In addition to the coseismic inventory, the dataset also includes a preseismic landslide inventory representing landslides that existed prior to the earthquake sequence. Version 2.0 adds a preseismic landslide inventory and an updated README. This dataset contains landslide polygon inventories and associated attribute tables created for the 2023 Kahramanmaraş earthquake sequence. The original third-party aerial photographs, satellite imagery, and DEM products used as input data for landslide mapping are not redistributed as part of this dataset.
