Expression data from Hela cells upon knock-down of IRF2BP1 and IRF2BP2

IRF2BP1 and IRF2BP2 are transcriptional co-regulators that play a role in EGFR signalling and other signalling events. We used microarray analysis to investigate which genes are under control of IRF2BP1 and IRF2BP2 Hela cells were treated with siRNA against IRF2BP1, IRF2BP2, or IRF2BP1 and IRF2BP2. Non-targeting siRNA was used as a control. Cells were grown in full medium (DMEM, 10% FBS, 2 mM L-glutamine and 1 mM sodium pyruvate medium) and investigated 72 hours after knock-down.
