Feline coronavirus S2′ cleavage site sequences retrieved from GenBank.

This file contains amino acid sequences spanning the S2′ cleavage site from 167 Feline Coronavirus (FCoV) strains obtained from the GenBank database. The sequences were aligned and only the regions corresponding to the S2′ cleavage motif (positions P5–P1 and P1′–P5′) were retained for further analysis. These curated sequences were used for the conservation analysis of the S2′ cleavage site shown in Fig 6. All sequences are provided in FASTA format, and the corresponding GenBank accession numbers are included for reference. (FAS)
