This series is the register for memoranda and articles of association.Each volume commences with an index containing the name of the entity and its reference number. This is followed by a chronological register of entities, in order of the date the documents were lodged.The register contains the following headings: - Number, - Name of Association, - By whom lodged, - For what Dealings (eg, transfer, mortgage discharge) from about 1912 onwards, this includes lodgement or dealing numbers, and - Date.The register entries relate to the Memoranda and articles of association, rules of societies, companies, etc in NRS 13022.
