The soil samples were collected in September 2023. Collect surface soil (0-15 cm) from the moving sand area, successional early stage (Setaria viridis + Miscanthus sinensis), middle stage (Agropyron umbellatum + Ceratoides latens), and late stage (Agropyron umbellatum + Agropyron cristatum) at Ulan Aodao Experimental Station, flowing sand 0.7 m3, successional early stage soil 15 years old 1.0 m3, middle stage soil 40 years old 0.9 m3, late stage soil natural community 0.5 m3, a total of about 3.0 m3. Then conduct indoor pot culture, break the pots at the end of the growing season and take soil samples, merge 3-4 pots of soil into one soil sample, and collect soil samples 4 times in a repeated manner, with each soil sample weighing over 1 kg.
