Soil benchmarks 2022

The soil benchmarks are determined annually by the expert committee for site-typical plots and refer to one square meter of unbuilt land. They are published annually in the soil benchmark map by the Evaluation Committee for Land Values in the city of Bielefeld and can be consulted online in the soil benchmarks and printed as excerpts. There is no information for a single plot, but only for a defined area with similar land characteristics.
