Transcriptome analysis is conducive to the identification of candidate secreted effector proteins of fungi such as rust, and providing a powerful tool for studying the interaction between pathogens and host and exploring the pathogenesis of pathogens.We have carried out RNA-seq for three different virulent Puccinia triticina (Pt) pathtypes (THSN , JHKT , KHHT) at uredospore stage, germinated uredospore stage and interacted with wheat host called Thatcher at 6 days post inoculation. We used obtained data for predicting the effector proteins from three pathtypes of Pt isolates at three different stages. The results of the data analysis will lay the foundation for revealing the pathogenic mechanism of Pt. And it is important for understanding the interaction mechanism between Pt and wheat, enriching the pathogenic mechanism of obligate biotrophic fungal and utilizing avirulent genes.
