Replication Data for: A Multi-Dimensional Sustainability Assessment Framework for Offshore Wind Energy: A Game-Theoretic and Extenics-Based Approach

This database provides a comprehensive assessment of sustainability indicators for offshore wind power development across China's four major coastal regions, encompassing 11 provinces. It comprises two core datasets: 1) Data.xlsx contains provincial-level measurements for 13 key sustainability indicators (e.g., offshore wind exploitable potential, R&D innovation capability, wind curtailment rate) and aggregated regional-level results for the four coastal areas; 2) FAHP.xlsx calculates indicator weights using objective methods, presenting CRITIC method outputs (standardized values, standard deviation, conflict strength, information content, weights) and Anti-entropy method results (standardized values, anti-entropy values, weights). Data is sourced from authoritative entities including the China Renewable Energy Association (CWEA), National Energy Administration (NEA), National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), provincial governments, and industry platforms, enabling robust analysis of regional sustainability performance for strategic planning.
