A systematic review of using population-level human mobility data to understand SARS-CoV-2 transmission

This is the repository for code and data used in the systematic review, "A systematic review of using population-level human mobility data to understand SARS-CoV-2 transmission."

We provide data and code for systematic review of use of mobility data to understand SARS-CoV-2 transmission.

A total of 232 manuscripts were included in analysis. Metadata on these manuscripts is available in `meta_data.csv`.

Data extracted on these manuscripts was initially cleaned. Code for this cleaning is available in "Processing raw data" folder - this is purely for reference. The output of this cleaning is the provided "clean_all.RDS" dataset.

Figures and tables are generated using the provided `results_20240104.R` file.
