This is a study on fish culture with indigenous probiotics. Crucian carp (Carassius auratus) was cultured for 6 weeks by adding different concentrations of Bacillus coagulans feed in three groups, and the 16s V3-V4 region was sequenced by MIseqPE300 to analyze the microbial community composition of its intestinal contents.
