Acoustic survey was conducted to understand the variability of zooplankton distribution around Dotson ice shelf in the Amundsen Sea. Acoustic data were collected from surface to 500-m depths using a scientific echo sounder (EK60, Simrad) configured with down-looking 38, 120, and 200 kHz split-beam transducers mounted in the hull of IBRV Araon
