Mathematical anxiety is a persistent fear that affects students' ability to engage with mathematical tasks, impacting their academic performance and emotional well-being. This study explores the causes, symptoms, and consequences of mathematical anxiety in primary education. Based on the findings, an intervention program, "Get to Know Math Anxiety", is proposed to train in-service teachers. The program equips educators with strategies to prevent, detect, and manage mathematical anxiety in the classroom, aiming to create a more supportive learning environment.
