The Minute books are generally concerned with certificate requirements for ships. The Board also dealt with collisions, missing vessels and complaints concerning facilities and staff. They are dated and signed by the President of the Board. Volume 6/5036 also contains a printed copy of the 1875 regulations for the Port Jackson steam pilot service.23 Nov 1874-9 Apr 1877 (6/5036-37), 7 Jul 1879-16 Aug 1880 (6/5038), 27 Jun 1881-5 Jun 1882 (6/5039), 3 Dec 1883-31 Jan 1887 (6/5040-42), 8 Jul 1889-11 Mar 1895 (6/5043-47), 13 Jul 1896-19 Mar 1900 (6/5048-50). 15 vols.
