Data for: Prebiotic Chemistry Analysis with UHPLC-Orbitrap MS: Optimizing protocols to detect and quantify nucleobases, nucleosides, nucleotides, and short RNA oligomers
收藏资源简介:
Matsuda-19 RNA building blocks tests represent the final optimized method used in the study across triplicate injections. Peak areas were calculated across triplicates via this data (Figure 4 and 5). ATP solvent tests represent triplicate injections of ATP across solvent systems that were initially evaluated. These solvent optimization tests showed that Schneider2 is the optimal solvent system for ATP detection (Figure 3).Gradient 1-3 Flow rate 0.2-0.6 mL/min tests represent gradient and flow rate optimization done on various isomers. (Figure 2).Matsuda Extended Gradient Dimer/Trimer/Tetramer and Schneider Dimer/Trimer/Tetramer represent solvent comparison tests for short RNA oligomers (Figure 6). Dimer/Trimer/Tetramer/Mixture Titles csvs correspond to oligomer data (Figure 7).
