Whole transcriptome analysis of prostatic urethra of rats after thulium laser prostatectomy [mRNA, lncRNA, circRNA]

To investigate the repair mechanism of urethral wound after prostatectomy, we used microarray RNA sequences and bioinformatics methods to analyze the entire transcriptome of post-urethral resection trauma tissue in the rat prostate.为探究前列腺切除术后尿道伤口的修复机制，本研究采用RNA微阵列（microarray）测序技术与生物信息学方法，对大鼠前列腺经尿道切除术后的创伤组织开展全转录组分析。
