"Do No Harm" Fieldwork data - Malawi

This data was gathered to investigate the perspectives of privacy and data protection held on the one hand by local community residents in Malawi with regard to drone activity by humanitarian organisations in their community, and on the other hand by humanitarian organisations on their drone data collection and processing activities in these communities. It consists of 6 audio recordings of focus group discussions the researcher held with residents in the districts of Rumphi and Karonga in Northern Malawi, 22 audio recordings of interviews with humanitarian professionals and government officials in Malawi, and 20 answered questionnaires duly filled by the said humanitarian professionals and government officials本数据集旨在调研两类主体的相关观点：一方面为马拉维当地社区居民对人道主义组织在其社区开展无人机作业的隐私与数据保护认知，另一方面为马拉维境内人道主义组织对其在上述社区实施的无人机数据采集与处理活动的立场。数据集包含以下三类素材：一是研究人员与马拉维北部隆皮（Rumphi）、卡隆加（Karonga）地区居民开展的6场焦点小组讨论音频录音；二是针对马拉维人道主义从业者与政府官员的22段访谈音频录音；三是上述从业者与官员填写完成的20份调查问卷。
