We aimed at the identification of aphid-responsive and defense-related genes differentially regulated during the time course between plants of the selfrooted grafted chrysanthemum and the grafted Artermisia-chrysanthemum. Our findings will enrich our knowledge about the mechanisms underlying improvements in aphid resistance afforded by grafting.
