Furthermore, the software tool rmsFinder developed for this work (available at https://github.com/liampshaw/rmsFinder) is also provided within this directory as rmsFinder-1.0.0.tar.gz As follows: * Clone git repository * Download and move this figshare data into a `data` directory within that repository * Run R scripts in `R-scripts` using `./run_analysis.sh` to re-generate figures and analysis included in paper A guide to the data files is included in README.txt
