Dataset of raw diffraction images for the E504 catalytic inactive mutant of the multidrug transporter BmrA, corresponding to the PDB entry 6r72 (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/entry/pdb/6r72).
2 datasets were collected on a single crystal on beamline PX2 (SOLEIL) on 2017-07-05.
The crystal is a long rod, which was collected at 5% transmission for a low-dose dataset at a single location. Then, a helicoidal data collection procedure was started at 100% transmission. For the helicoidal data collection, the first 1200 frames were discarded during data processing.
