We investigated the role of lncRNAs to predict the response to preoperative tretament in locally advanced rectal adenocarcinoma Overall design: We collected 30 samples of locally advanced rectal adenocarcinoma. Response to neoadjuvant treatment was considered positive in 18 samples, while 12 samples showed negative response.
