This is a Project to analysis the Origin, genomic diversity and evolution of African swine fever virus in East Asia. We sequeced 14 ASFV samples from different region of China, including Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan et al. using Next Generation Method. All DNA were extracted from blood samples, DNA libraries were constructed using Nextera XT DNA Library Prep Kit or VAHTS Universal Plus DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina. Sequencing were executed on the platform Novaseq 6000
