To characterize the hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs), we performed single-cell RNA sequence analysis of cultured HSPCs after stimulating CCL2. The proportions of sub-clusters comprising HSPCs were analyzed. In addition, Myeloid clusters exhibited high expression of Kras genes. This transcriptome analysis suggested that HSPCs after stimulating CCL2 promote myeloid cell differentiation via CCL2/CCR2 signaling. Overall design: HSPCs from mouse bone marrow and human unbilical cord are used for experiments.
