16S rRNA Illumina MiSeq Amplicons from the amplification of the V4-V5 hypervariable region. Water-column DNA collected from 0.22 micro-m Sterivex filters in the summer of 2019 aboard the Icebreaker Oden as part of the Northwest Passage Project. Included are also amplicons from a single site in the North Atlantic, both water-column and deep-ocean sediment DNA.
