This is the supporting data for the thesis "Developing a co-culture system for the study of macrophage function and its therapeutic potential in acute myeloid leukaemia". In the thesis, multiple experiments were carried out, including cell growth assay, in vitro AML-macrophage co-cultures, gene expression data.
