This dataset contains the raw experimental data supporting the study entitled “TNF-α/NF-κB-driven ICAM1–ITGB2 adhesion promotes myeloid-mediated immune evasion in EBV-associated gastric carcinoma.” The data are organized into four folders based on experimental category: adhesion, Flow cytometry, qpcr, and wb. The adhesion folder includes source data for macrophage–tumor cell adhesion assays. The Flow cytometry folder contains raw flow cytometry files and related source data. The qpcr folder contains raw qPCR data, including original Ct records. The wb folder contains original, uncropped western blot images and related source data. These materials constitute the primary experimental source data underlying the figures and conclusions of the study. Public datasets used for bioinformatic analyses are not deposited here and should be accessed through their original public repositories.
