Data underlying the publication: Extending the Spherical Planetary Radiation Pressure Acceleration Model to Optical Solar Sails

This dataset contains the data to reproduce the results of the article "Extending the Spherical Planetary Radiation Pressure Acceleration Model to Optical Solar Sails" by L. Carzana, P. Visser, J. Heiligers, published in "Journal of Guidance, Control, and Dynamics" in April 2025, with DOI: https://doi.org/10.2514/1.G008940.<br>Specifically, the input and output data of the analysis to assess the accuracy of the planetary radiation pressure acceleration models of the article are provided, see Section III. <br>The data comes in the form of "mat" and "fig" files which can be accessed through Matlab. The code used to generate this data is given in the following private GitHub repository (access will be granted upon request): https://gitlab.com/livio.carzana/nestor.git. All details on the simulation setup and methodology can be found in the publication.
