This is the genome sequence of Cellulosimicrobium funkei U11, which was isolated from the soil sample of a termitary in South China. The isolate was shown to have wide spectrum of glycohydrolases such as cellulase, mannanase and xylanase and so on, potential in bioconverting by-products of agriculture and forestry industries.
