Phylogenomics of Oceanian citrus species resistant to HLB

Several Oceanian citrus species and their hybrids have been recently described as resistant to HLB. The purpose of this study was to provide a phylogenomic characterization of some of this resistant accession from Genotyping by sequencing data. The results will be published in Alves et al. Insights into resistance to Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus, associated to Huanglongbing, in Oceanian citrus genotypes.
